As the Senior Product Copywriter, I was responsible for getting the junior writers up to speed on Charlotte Russe's copy & style guidelines. I created a digital guide that gave an overview of brand voice, the importance of using SEO tags, formatting, commonly used words/phrases, and high-level apparel and fabrication knowledge.

Peek Kids was a boutique children's retailer owned by Charlotte Russe, and writing for this brand required a different approach. Since the toddlers weren't shopping for themselves, the copy needed to be playful and practical to appeal to their parents. I wanted to inspire them to create memorable, stylish moments with their little ones.
